Printer Tags

A printer tags are labels or identifiers associated with specific printers. These tags are used to direct the printing of specific KOTs to designated printers or location within a restaurant.

Path to Printer Tags. Login to your POS back office → Settings → Printer Tags → Printer Tags

Now let’s create printer tags, for eg, in the image below I have created 2 x printer tags Kitchen and Bar

Attaching tags with the menu

Let’s assume that I attach the "kitchen" printer tag to the menu item - burger with fries. As a result, whenever my employee receive an order of this menu and place it in software, it will directly get printed in a kitchen

Path to attach tags. Login to your POS back office → Items → menu → update printer tags

In this example menu item Burger with fries is getting attached to a tag called kitchen because it’s a kitchen item and when ordered it shall print in the kitchen. Simply follow the same step for all the menu items.

Add Zonal Printer

Please follow the given steps to add zonal printer -

Step 1 - From settings section → select Printer → click on Printer

Step 2 - Fill in the required details, enable status, and click on submit
