0.Online Ordering - Quick Guide
Login FOS - Admin Panel
To login in admin portal/ backend / back office of Foodship’s online ordering system (FOS) -
User have to input URL and login credentials of FOS → Sign in (URL and login credentials will be provided by Foodship)

The admin panel’s backend URL is similar to “yourdomainname/login”
General Setup
Business Info Settings
Step 1 - Click on setting section → select settings

Step 2 - Select general settings → Business and mention the required details of the restaurant.
Step 3 - Click on submit

Basic Info
Payment Settings
Step 1 - Click on setting section → select settings

Step 2 - Select Payment Options → enable | disable payment methods and setup payment method integrations
Step 3 - Click on submit

If any payment method is disabled, the customer will not be able to pay with that method as it will not be visible in the frontend.
Manage Orders from WEB
All received orders will be displayed here. You can easily view, search, and change the status of each order.

In case of any delay, a notification can be sent to the customer, specifying the number of minutes of delay. Additionally, if you require extra time to prepare a dish, a customized preparation time notification can also be sent to the customer.
Change Order Status- Progress | Ready | Completed
To change the order status, please follow the given steps -
Step 1 - From setting section → select order
Step 2 - Click on new button
Step 3 - Select order status - Progress | Ready | Completed → click on submit

No changes can be done once the status of the order is set to ‘Complete’.
These order statuses will send to the customer via SMS & email

You can also view and manage orders via the Foodship ORA app. To learn more about it, please click on this link.

Send Custom Preparation
Admin can send custom preparation notifications (SMS & email) to customers from the same page -
Click on custom prep. of the particular order→ Input custom preparation time (in min.) → submit

Manage Orders from the ORA App
With Foodship's online ordering system, admin can manage their orders and many other features through the Foodship ORA app.

Login Screen
To login successfully you must be added as a user in the admin panel.

You need 3 things to sign in successfully:
Domain– The domain name is unique for every restaurant. generally, it’s the URL of your food ordering system.
If you are unsure what your domain is contact us at info@foodship.com.au to find your credentials.
Username– It is an email ID that the admin adds from the admin panel while adding a new user. (A single account can be used on multiple devices.)
Password– It’s created while adding a new user from the admin panel.

All the received orders are displayed here. It shows basic information about the order, such as the username, order number, date, time, status, and amount.

To know the entire order’s details, just tap on the order and scroll to view all order-related information.

Change Status & Send Notifications
Just tap the order from the home screen and scroll down to find the following option -
Update Status - The user can update the status of the order
Custom Preparation Time - The user can notify customers of their order preparation, by simply inputting preparation time in minutes→ click on
send notification(appear in green color)Delay Food - The user can notify the customer if the order gets delayed, input time in minutes → click on
send notification(appear in red color)

Status & Notifications
Remind Later option is for app users, If any advance order is received set a reminder to let user remind about the advance order
Completed Orders
All completed orders land up here. There is a search option to search for all your orders in the past. As you click on the search field, you can fill in the start and end date between which you want to see the orders.
