13. Gift vouchers

With Foodship’s online ordering system, the admin can offer gift vouchers to the customers.

There are 2 types of gift vouchers -

1. Retail Gift Voucher - For selling purpose (customers can buy voucher from your website - Gift voucher page)

2. Complimentary Gift Voucher - For gifting vouchers to customers (admin can send a gift voucher to customers on their mail)

How to create a gift voucher?

Steps to create a gift voucher -

Step 1 - Click on the promotion section → select gift voucher → add new gift voucher

Step 2 - Mention the voucher’s details and select the voucher type - Retail Gift Voucher | Complimentary Gift Voucher → click on submit

To send vouchers to customers, please follow the given steps -

Step 1 - From the promotion section → select gift voucher → gift to users

Step 2 - Mention the required information → click on submit
