Voucher

Admin can view gift voucher details and charge from it through the Foodship ORA app

  • To view the voucher details simply go to voucher → enter the voucher number and click on Check

  • To charge the amount from voucher, again go to voucher → enter the voucher number and click on Check. From the new interface select click to charge then enter the amount to be charged from the voucher, description and click on charge

Customer

  • All inactive customers appear here. When a customer has registered himself/herself in the portal but has not activated his account by clicking on the verification link (sent on their email), they land up here with an inactive tag

  • It contains a manage button, you can resend them the activation link by simply clicking on Manage → Resend Email

  • There are two search options on this page-

    “SEARCH ALL” at the top right corner. From it, you can search your active as well as inactive customers.

    Another is “SEARCH IN THE LIST”. From it, you can search your inactive customers only.
