In the Theme Settings section of Foodship Online Ordering Software, you can manage:
Portal button colors
Banner content & images
Font colors
Gallery images
Google Reviews
About Us section
And many more design elements
Let’s begin.
How to Access Theme Settings
To reach the Theme Settings page: → Login to your Backend Portal
Step 1 :Go to: Settings → Settings Option → Theme Settings Tab
Here you will see all the settings related to your website theme.

Banner Settings
We offer 2 banner layout options.
Option 1 -
(Refer to the uploaded image for Option 1 – marked A, B, C, etc.)
Below is the explanation of each section:

Option 1 - Banner Setting

Option 1 - Banner Setting
Explanation:
A = Mini Heading → This appears as a small heading on the homepage banner. Example: Your Restaurant Name
B = Main Heading→ This appears as the main bold heading on the homepage banner. It is larger and more prominent.
C = Description→ Write a short description of your restaurant. This text will appear below the main heading on the homepage banner.
D, E, F = Button Settings
Enter the Button Name (e.g., "Order Now")
Add the Button URL beside it
This button will appear on the homepage banner
G = Upload Image 1→ Upload the first banner image. This will appear on the homepage.
H = Upload Image 2→ Upload the second banner image This will also appear on the homepage.
I = Background Image Toggle
If ON → You can upload a background image for the banner.
If OFF → You can set a background color instead.
J = Font Color
You can set the font color for: Mini Heading | Main Heading | Description
✅ Final Step → Once all changes are completed, click the Submit button to save the settings.

Example 1 -> Option 1 (Banner Setting)
Option 2 -
Banner Option 2 allows you to upload separate banner images for Desktop and Mobile, ensuring better display on different devices.
(Refer to the uploaded image for Option 2 settings marked A, B, C, etc.)

Option 2 - Banner Setting
How to Enable Option 2
Turn ON the Option 2 Toggle Button to activate this banner layout.
Once enabled, the following settings will appear.
Explanation:
A = Banner Zoom Effect
Yes → The banner image will have a zoom-in animation effect.
No → The banner will remain static (no zoom effect).
B = Logo in Center
Yes → The logo will appear in the center of the homepage banner.
No → The logo will not appear in the center.
C & D = Button Settings
Enter the Button Text (Example: Order Now)
Add the Button URL beside it
This button will appear on the homepage banner
E = Upload Web Banner Image → Upload the banner image for Desktop / PC view.
F = Upload Mobile Banner Image → Upload the banner image specifically designed for Mobile view.
✅ Final Step → Once all settings are completed, click the Submit button to apply the changes.
Category Settings
In the Category Settings, customers can view your menu categories on the homepage, along with their category images.
👉 The category images displayed here are the same images uploaded while creating each category.

How to Show / Hide Categories on Homepage
If you do not want categories to appear on the homepage:
Turn OFF the green toggle button beside the Category heading.
If the toggle is ON, categories will be visible on the homepage.

Category Setting
Explanation -
A = Mini Heading
This is the small heading text that appears above the category section on the homepage.
Example: Our Classics
B = Heading
This is the main heading displayed prominently for the category section.
Example: Find your favorites in our food categories.
C = Background Setting
Toggle ON (Yes) → You can upload a Background Image
Toggle OFF (No) → You can select a Background Color instead
Choose whichever best matches your website theme.
D = Color Customization → You can customize:
Mini Heading Color
Heading Color
Category Box Color
Category box font color (text inside category box)
This allows you to match the section with your brand colors.
✅ Final Step → Once all changes are completed, click the Submit button to apply the changes.
About Us Setting
In the About Us section, you can add information about your restaurant.
This content will be displayed on the homepage of your online ordering portal.

How to Show / Hide the About Us Section
If you want to disable this section → Turn OFF the toggle button beside About Us.
If the toggle is ON → The About Us section will be visible on the homepage.

About Us Settings
Explanation:
A = Mini Heading → Write a small heading text. Example: Restaurant Name
B = Heading → Write the main heading.
Examples:
Welcome
About Us
Our Story
C = Description → Write the full About Us content you want customers to read.
This could include: Your restaurant story, Cuisine details, Specialties, Experience or values
D = Background Image Toggle → ON → You can upload a background image for the About Us section.
OFF → You can select a background color instead.
Choose the option that best matches your website design.
E = Font Color Settings → You can customize:
Mini Heading Color
Heading Color
Description Text Color
✅ Final Step → Once all changes are completed, click the Submit button to apply the changes
Menu Setting
In the Menu Settings, all the menu items you have added in the software (with prices) will be displayed on your homepage.

How to Show / Hide Menu on Homepage
If you do not want the menu to appear on the homepage → Turn OFF the toggle button beside Menu.
If you want it visible → Keep the toggle ON.

Explanation:
A = Mini Heading → Write a small heading text.

B = Heading → Write the main heading for the menu section.

C = Background Setting → Toggle ON → Upload a Background Image
Toggle OFF → Select a Background Color
Choose the option that matches your website design.
D = Font Color Setting → Here you can set the font color for all text displayed in the Menu section.
✅ Final Step → Once all changes are completed, click the Submit button to apply the changes.
Gallery Settings
In the Gallery Settings, you can upload:
Restaurant interior images
Food images
Event or ambience photos
These images will be displayed on your homepage.

How to Show / Hide Gallery on Homepage
If you do not want to display the Gallery section → Turn OFF the toggle button beside Gallery.
If you want it visible → Keep the toggle ON.

Gallery Settings
Explanation:
A = Heading → Write a heading for the gallery section.
Examples:
Gallery
Our Moments
Food & Ambience
B = + (Add Image Button) → Click on the + symbol to upload images.
Steps: Click the + icon → Choose image file from your device → Upload it
You can upload multiple images using this option.
C = Background Setting →Toggle ON → Upload a Background Image
Toggle OFF → Set a Background Color for the gallery section
You can also set the Heading Color to match your website theme.
✅ Final Step → Once all changes are completed, click the Submit button to apply the changes.
Google Reviews Settings
In the Google Review Settings, you can display your restaurant’s Google Reviews directly on your homepage.

How to Show / Hide Google Reviews
If you do not want to display Google Reviews → Turn OFF the toggle button beside Google Review.
If you want it visible → Keep the toggle ON.

D = Google Review Code → Enter the Google Review Embed Code in this field to make the reviews visible on your homepage.

✅Final Step → Once all changes are completed, click the Submit button to apply the changes.
Special Item Setting
In the Special Item Settings, you can promote:
Best-selling menu items
Special offers
Birthday party hosting
Catering services
Events or seasonal promotions
This section is mainly used to advertise or highlight special offerings on your homepage.

How to Show / Hide Special Item Section
If you do not want to display this section → Turn OFF the toggle button beside Special Item.
If you want it visible → Keep the toggle ON.
You can upload up to 2 promotional items in this section.

Special Item Setting
Explanation -
A = Heading 1 | Sub Heading 1 | Menu 1 → A = Heading 1 | Sub Heading 1
Enter a heading and subheading of your choice.
Example:

Weekend Offers
We Host Birthday Parties
Menu/Offer Name
👉 If your image already contains text information, you may leave this blank and simply upload the image.
B = Price 1 → Enter: Price (if applicable)
C = Upload Image 1 → Upload the promotional image for the first item.
D = Heading 2 | Sub Heading 2 | Menu 2 → If you want to promote a second item, enter its heading and subheading here.
Second menu/offer name
E = Price 2 →Enter:Price (if applicable)
F = Upload Image 2 → Upload the second promotional image.
G = Background Settings
Toggle ON → Upload a Background Image
Toggle OFF → Select a Background Color
You can also customize:
Mini Heading Color
Heading Color
Price Color
Font Color
✅ Final Step → Once all changes are completed, click the Submit button to apply the changes.
Contact Us Setting
In the Contact Us Settings, customers can:
View your restaurant location on the map
Use the contact form to receive queries directly

A = Heading | Heading Color →Enter a heading such as:

B = Background Setting → Toggle ON → Upload a Background Image

Branches Settings
In the Branches Settings, your restaurant’s:
Address
Business service details
Multiple branch information (if applicable)
will be displayed on the homepage.
If you have multiple branches, all branch details will be shown in this section.

How to Show / Hide Branches on Homepage
To make the Branches section visible → Turn ON the toggle button beside Branches.
To hide it from the homepage → Turn OFF the toggle button.

B = Background Setting → Toggle ON → Upload a Background Image
