How to delete or void an item from ticket?
From your Foodship POS frontend login, users can easily delete or void items.
Delete an item: The user or employee can delete an item when KOT is not printed (an item not submitted to the kitchen)
Void an item: The user or employee can void an item when KOT is already generated or printed. (an item that has already been submitted to the kitchen cannot be deleted; it can only be voided.)
Voiding an item prints another docket in the kitchen, informing the kitchen staff not to prepare this item.
Delete Items
Chosen Items that are not submitted to the kitchen can be deleted by simply clicking on the item you want to delete → and selecting the delete button
