# How to delete or void an item from ticket? From your Foodship POS frontend login, users can easily delete or void items. * **Delete an item:** The user or employee can delete an item when KOT is not printed *(an item not submitted to the kitchen)* * **Void an item**: The user or employee can void an item when KOT is already generated or printed.
