POS App Management by Admin
Admin can manage the Foodship POS app from the backend/admin panel.
Admin can view all logged-in devices, including device names and types (Apple/Android).
The first logged-in device is considered the primary device.
Users/employees can utilize the primary device to conduct business offline when there's no internet connectivity available. Additional devices are considered secondary.
Admin can log in to a limited number of devices in the POS app. To increase this limit, please feel free to reach out to us.
To manage and view logged-in POS app devices, please log in to the POS backend/admin panel with your credentials and follow these steps:
Step 1 - Click on the Settings section
Step 1.1 - Select Manage Devices

Admin can view the device names along with their device types (Apple/Android)
Admin can enable/disable the Print QR code feature from the app to print QR code orders directly from the app.
Admin can delete devices, which will automatically trigger a master logout from the respective devices.
