POS- Linkly Guide

To integrate Linkly Eftpos with Foodship's POS software, the administrator must first integrate Linkly in the backend or admin panel, and then pair it with the frontend of the POS.

Linkly integration in the backend/admin panel

Login to your backend/admin panel with your credentials and follow the given steps

Step 1- Click on the “Setting” section → Go to “General Settings” options → and click on “Payment Settings”

Step 2 - Select the Eftpos type as "Linkly" and enter the Linkly username and password. Afterward, provide a friendly name for the Linkly connection.

Step 3- Scroll down and click on the “Save” button.

Admin can add more Linkly devices in Foodship’s POS software by clicking on the "Add More" button in the Linkly integration page. Additionally, integrated print receipt and auto-print merchant receipt settings are available with options Yes or No on the Linkly integration page.

Pair Linkly from Frontend/ POS

To accept payments via Linkly Eftpos, simply login to your frontend/POS portal, create a ticket, and proceed to the settle screen:

Step 1 - Click on the "Linkly" Payment Method, then input your Linkly pairing code in the pop-up window.

Step 2 - Click on the "Pair" button to complete the pairing process. You can now successfully accept payments from your customers

If you have multiple Linkly Eftpos devices, simply select your desired Linkly Eftpos friendly name from the pop-up window and pair it. You can then accept payments via multiple Linkly Eftpos machines.
