POS- Printer grouping tags
A printer grouping tag in a POS system is an identifier assigned to menu items. A group tag is used to categorize similar items together for easy identification on KOTs (Kitchen Order Tickets), thereby enhancing operational efficiency.
Eg. You can group all snack items under the 'Snacks' group tag and main items under the 'Mains' group tag on the same kitchen docket.
