Printing actions on ticket

Users can maintain printing action on tickets in various ways with Foodship’s POS system

  • Print / Unprint Item

    This function is useful when the user or employee wants to stop printing particular items on the ticket in the kitchen printer


  • Print / Unprint Ticket

    This function is useful when the user or employee wants to stop printing the entire ticket in the kitchen printer


  • Skip Print

    By enabling skip print - current and upcoming tickets will not be printed



Print / Unprint Item

The user or employee can prevent items on the ticket from being printed in the kitchen or bar printer by following these steps.

1 - Select the action button from the top of the ticket

2 - Click on the print / un-print item option

3 - Printing tab will appear beside every item present on the menu. → by clicking on printing tab printer, a red color symbol appears, which denotes that this item will not get printed.

  • When you click on not printing tab, a red printer symbol will get disappeared → by this tem will get printed in the kitchen.



Print / Un-Print Ticket

This feature prevents the customer's entire ticket from getting printed

On settle screen just click on print/un-print symbol (highlighted symbol in the image below)

  • This symbol will appear red in color which denotes that this ticket will not get printed.

  • To disable this feature → again click on the same symbol and it will appear as before - green in color which denotes that this ticket will get printed.


Skip Print

By enabling skip print - current and upcoming whole tickets will not get printed

To enable this function → simply click on skip print
