To check the tickets, click on tickets button from Main Menu

Tickets

Users can check or view detailed information of all tickets various button -

1. Hold tickets are visible with all details of it.

2. Open tickets are visible with all details of it.

3. Completed tickets are visible with all details of it. (tickets that are closed)

4. Advanced filter, can check all tickets placed with various filters (including hold, open, and completed tickets)
